Happy Easter! He is risen!
Some may ask, Is it really true that someone can go to Heaven, after leading a bad life, simply by repenting and professing one’s belief in Jesus Christ at the last moment, and without ever doing a good work?
We know that apparently the answer is, Yes — because it happened, didn’t it? One of the two criminals being crucified with Jesus began by mocking Him, but then recognized Him for Who He was. That man had no time to do anything else before dying, but it was enough: Jesus told him that they would be in Heaven together.
Again, Happy Easter! He is risen indeed!
